Treatment plans are fully customized and detailed transparently prior to starting any cosmetic veneers, zirconia crowns, or biological implants surgery. Payment for all clinical services is due at the time of treatment. While we actively assist in filing paperwork for standard out-of-network insurance reimbursement claims, patient balance liability remains individual. We accept cash, major credit cards, and specialized wellness payment structures.
